23.09.2019- Le vieux Port, Notre Dame de la Garde (Marseille, France)

On this afternoon, I decided to draw the old port (“le vieux port”) of Marseille ⚓⛵. I did a break with a chestnuts pancake or “crêpe de marrons” 😋
I drew from the right Side of the port, called the Port quay (“quai du Port”), a traditional view of the old city. Inspiration for a lot of artists and writers like Marcel Pagnol.
On the background you can see, on the top of the mountain, the basilica “Notre-Dame de la Garde”. I took a s🌞nbath and I met some people from Alsace, Mexico and Germany. 😎🗺

🖌Tools: Fineliners (0,1 & 0,05), wash (blue ink + water) and chalk.
