Description
Postcard Kottbusser Brücke Berlin
This postcard Kottbusser Bruecke Berlin represents the bridge of the avenue Kottbusser Damm, which crosses the Landwehrkanal. In the background you can see the buildings of the place Kottbusser Tor or Kotti.
I drew this urban sketch on the 20th of May 2010 directly at the location in Berlin Kreuzberg.
This illustration is also on my blog “Traversée d’Encres” .
As a technique I applied wash drawing (ink + water).
And as artistic tools I used for the postcard Kottbusser Bruecke Berlin:
- a little black panoramic sketchbook that I began in 2010 (Format 23 x 15,5 cm – 9″ x 6″-, ca. 100 g/m2 – 342 lb.in2-)
- a calligraphic pen (“Pilot Parallel Pen”- 2.4 mm)
- 2 paint brushes (fine and medium)
I was sitting front the public city with a lot of people everywhere… It was not the best place to work but a best view for this drawing!
Here the Kottbusser Brücke- Big Poster.
